Your CFO Opportunity Starts Here

Ready for the Seat You've Been Working Toward?

Not every great CFO starts with the title.

Many earn it through leadership, execution, business acumen, and the ability to help an organization reach its next level.

If you're a VP Finance, Director of Finance, or rising finance leader who has been waiting for the right opportunity to step into a CFO role, this may be exactly what you've been looking for.

Beam is seeking an ambitious, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer who wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing healthcare organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative leadership team, work directly with the CEO, and help shape the future of a dynamic, physician-led business.

We believe great CFOs are more than financial experts. They're business leaders. They influence strategy. They develop people. They create accountability. They see opportunities others miss. They help organizations grow.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, build credibility, drive results, and ultimately prove they belong at the executive leadership table.

You'll have responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Billing, Revenue Cycle, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Physician Compensation, and Information Technology, while helping lead strategic planning, operational performance, and organizational growth.

If you're looking for a role where you can build, lead, influence, and leave your mark, we'd like to meet you.
