Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Tacoma, WA. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the institution. Key responsibilities include: managing budgeting and financial planning, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team. The CFO will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the school's mission and long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Financial Planning and analyzing financial strategies
Strong expertise in the preparation and interpretation of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Solid background in Finance and advanced Analytical Skills
Outstanding leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Experience in educational or nonprofit financial management is a plus
