We are seeking a skilled and strategic Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The primary responsibility of the CFO will be to organize and prepare an offering memorandum for potential investors, centered around a detailed pro forma financial analysis. This role is crucial for effectively communicating our financial strategy and attracting investment through well-crafted debt and equity offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and organize a comprehensive offering memorandum that outlines investment opportunities, financial projections, and risk assessments.
- Create detailed pro forma financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections, to support investment propositions.
- Craft clear and compelling debt and equity offerings tailored to potential investors, highlighting the financial viability and growth potential of the business.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and investor expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to enhance decision-making processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential investors, presenting financial data and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a financial leader, required to be within investment or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, investment strategies, and capital markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in financial analysis software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $250,000.00 per year
