Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Coordinator to join our team at Best Landscape Solutions. In this role, you will oversee various pieces of landscaping/construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and questions from current or potential customers.
Assist in creating and sending out estimates, based on input from varying sources.
Follow up with clients regarding estimates, changes and job scheduling.
Assist in or define scope of work and communicate job expectations to employees.
Take ownership of the QuickBooks file on jobs.
Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Contact vendors and coordinate material orders, so they align with project deadlines.
Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Organize project components (i.e., site plans, material orders, etc.) for easy call-back and reporting.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

Proven experience in the landscaping or construction industry.
QuickBooks Online
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects successfully from start to finish.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities simultaneously.
Budgeting skills with a track record of monitoring project costs, changes, communication and customer satisfaction.
Expertise in change management and risk management methodologies.
