Description:

Betches Media is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will be an integral part of the Sales & Brand Partnerships team. You will provide operational support and maintenance for the digital business by communication across teams, encouraging and maintaining a positive work culture, and implementing systems and strategies to make us more productive as a team. This role will report into the Chief Revenue Officer and will work closely with all revenue team members.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate about Betches Media. As the first Revenue Operations Manager on our team you will be responsible for building the foundation of this role which will include, determining sales and marketing strategies that help increase revenue, review and improve workflows, identify solutions, and collect and analyze data across departments.

Role & Responsibilities:

Using their expertise in the advertising industry, they work to create best-in-class offerings for branded partners as well as best-in-class processes and workflows for internal sales leaders
You will provide a broad spectrum of operational support and maintenance for the recurring operational growth and improvement projects as well as requests from leadership, sales, and account management
Manage contract approval process documentation, pipeline and workflow
Manage the invoice process and workflow
Manage contract approval process documentation and workflow
Maintain pre-sale materials & resources to ensure proper user access, relevant recurring updates, and details
Weekly maintenance and tracking for Boostr (CRM) resources

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university with 3-5 years of proven experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations position
Experience using a CRM and/or Looker
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail; strong organization skills are required
Experience building cross-functional relationships and attaining buy-in from senior team members
Self-starter who’s able to work without constant supervision
Creative thinker with a solution-based mentality
Ability to manage several projects at once and prioritize accordingly
Flexibility to pivot your workday as needed while maintaining a level head and a positive attitude
Ability to translate information for various types of audiences
Strong understanding of Betches Media
Must have general experience in excel, powerpoint & ability to quickly learn to work within various tools and platforms

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $65,000 – $85,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following perks below.
