Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales and operations teams. Our team thrives on collaboration and mutual success, and we have cultivated an environment where supporting each other is key. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Manage, train, hire, mentor, and if necessary, fire members of the sales and operations teams.
Team Support: Ensure team members have the resources needed to excel by facilitating collaboration with the Product, Marketing, Accounting, and Technology teams to develop processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Accountability: Hold the sales team accountable for their Key Performance Indicators and client satisfaction. Ensure the operations team delivers flawless onsite experiences, maintaining high performance, margin, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Senior Leadership: Participate as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to weekly meetings to drive company growth and develop the company's vision.
Culture Building: Foster a culture of mutual success, professional growth, and personal development within the team.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the luxury travel industry, with a proven track record in a senior sales role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and implement processes and SOPs.
Experience in managing KPIs, margins, and NPS.
Passion for creating unique and impactful travel experiences.
