We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Analyst to join our Outsourced Team at Microsoft. This role will be pivotal in analyzing cross-functional data – including finance, sales, customer engagement, usage, and opportunity sizing—to generate actionable insights that shape our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will also lead AI-focused initiatives and manage research projects and vendor relationships to support innovation and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets across finance, sales, customer engagement, usage patterns, and opportunity sizing to uncover trends and insights.
Translate data findings into clear, compelling recommendations for GTM strategy and execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align analytical outputs with strategic goals.
Support the creation of GTM strategy documents, presentations, and executive summaries.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
Manage research projects and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and align analytical outputs with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy roles.
Previous Experience in Strategy Consulting.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and AI/ML tools.
