Chief Revenue Officer

At Bollinger Motors, we originally set out to design the truck we wanted to drive. Along the way we have created a new segment of truly evolved electric work truck platforms that will propel commercial transportation. Our all-electric platforms are tailored to fit existing commercial truck bodies, which will help speed fleet adoption in a sector that has a significant impact on emissions and our environment. We are working with environmental organizations, suppliers, and engineering firms to create advanced solutions that will facilitate this necessary industry change. Bollinger Motors is seeking a full-time Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to complement its growing leadership team. The CRO will be responsible for managing the organization's strategic partnerships and overseeing direct sales initiatives to deliver significant revenue growth and operational success. This is an in-person role at the company’s Oak Park, MI headquarters.

Solid understanding at the executive-level for successful commercial vehicle sales, marketing, and business development
Proven track record of growing revenue through successful internal collaboration
Connect with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles
Drive the entire organization to optimize the customer experience and capitalize on growth opportunities in new markets and segments
Develop effective marketing strategies and manage the sales team to drive business growth across multiple customer segments and applications
Build and manage teams in marketing, sales, parts, service, and warranty
Establish robust pricing processes and business models to achieve revenue goals
Experience in general management, P&L supervision, and managing budgets
Experience working with product teams to drive formulation of strategic product plans
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with commercial vehicle dealers and fleet management companies is essential
Proven experience in successfully structuring strategic partnerships required
Superior leadership skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
Over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar role with hands-on business development experience as well as strategy and growth
Bachelor’s degree in business required
