We've worked incredibly hard to build the foundation for a national urgent care company for kids, and now we're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to make sure every child can reach their full potential

The Revenue Operations Manager at Brave Care is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle at Brave Care from patient registration to patient collections. This role reports to Brave Care's Chief Operating Officer and will lead a team of direct reports who serve as individual contributors in the Revenue Cycle process. In this role you will also manage vendor relationships with outside partners who impact and support the revenue cycle for Brave Care.

In this role you will:

Lead a team of IC's who each play an important role in the revenue cycle at Brave Care. You'll be responsible for working through your team to ensure that all parts of the revenue cycle are managed efficiently and effectively
Work through your team to maximize insurance reimbursement through analysis and improvement of insurance contracting, credentialing, and provider licensure
Collaborating with internal and external credentialing team member
Serve as a member of Brave Care's Leadership Team and attend weekly leadership meetings
Serve as an individual contributor on your team as needed to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
Work through your team to maximize patient collections
Work with the COO to identify Key Performance Indicators for your department and cadence for reporting
Work with the COO to develop quarterly initiatives for your department which support company goals and initiatives, you'll manage the execution of your initiatives by working through your team to achieve your department goals and you'll be responsible for regular progress reports

You'll be a good match if

You have an in depth understanding of the end to end revenue cycle process and have proven you can be successful in analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement as well as driving improvement through a team
You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a revenue operations leadership role overseeing the end to end revenue cycle for a small to medium sized organization
You have prior leadership experience managing both people, projects and processes
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You partner effectively across departments to accomplish shared goals
You are an effective leader who is constantly looking for ways to grow and improve themselves and their team
