CFO opportunity for a fast growing company in the food industry. The CFO will play a key leadership role and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have proven financial acumen, strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial initiatives that support the company's growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

The CFO will oversee and manage the finance, financial planning, accounting, tax and operational control functions.

They will provide regular reports on performance to our equity investors and banking partners, develop and measure operational metrics, and establish business processes that enhance transparency and drive accountability.

This individual will also play a leadership role in engaging in strategic activities, and should be able to interact with our board of directors on financial matters.

Requirements

10+ years of strategic finance experience.
Proven track record of creating insights that help drive company performance, margin expansion, and growth
A proven leader with experience managing high-performing, diverse teams with multiple direct reports covering different areas of business
Experience creating an annual plan and operating budget, keeping the company on plan, and balancing competing priorities
Excellence in financial modeling and analytics
Experience implementing FP&A platforms
Strong quantitative, organizational, and communications skills
West Coast based is preferred, based in Portland metro area even better

Certification

CPA certification required.
