Senior Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence team is an integral part of our Sales Operations team, providing strategic insights into the business to drive decision making. A Business Intelligence analyst is responsible for supporting sales needs and also acquiring, managing, manipulating and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. The analyst will design, define and create extracts and reports that will be utilized by internal partners. They will work closely with those stakeholders to clearly understand project requirements on the front end and provide appropriate data interpretation on the back end.

Critical to this role are in depth understanding of Power BI/ Salesforce CRMA dashboards, in addition to any other analytic tool that leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role will be responsible for driving insight and proactive action leveraging data for the Sales and Customer Success organizations. In addition, this role requires detailed analysis and insight on sales process, pipeline management, and quota attainment leveraging tools such as Salesforce, CRMA, Insight Squared, Power BI, CPQ, as well as advanced Excel and modeling skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to communicate ideas and opportunities to stakeholders.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Partner with sales and customer success leaders and other internal stakeholders to understand reporting and insight requirements in order to develop and maintain leading edge dashboards.
Lead project to simplify and optimize Sales Process to align with Buyers Journey in order to improve efficiencies and success of the sales organization in winning more deals and move opportunities through the pipeline.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to develop dashboards and reports to provide insight and proactive direction to the organization to improve success in winning business and targeting the right opportunities.
Assists with presenting pipeline, sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Assist the Senior Director of Sales Operations with long term sales projections and industry trending.
Demonstrate leadership when providing information to company senior leadership in terms of both accuracy and translation of data.
Perform data analysis and research, with the ability to analyze, recognize and report business trends, insights and market changes
Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources
Interpret data results to manage business outcomes
Partner with internal teams and customers to review data and provide recommendations on business opportunities and improvements
Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
Perform detailed statistical analyses for projects and reports
Create and present quality dashboards as well as routine and ad hoc reports
Be flexible to take on new data related tasks with minimum supervision.

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, statistics, computer science or a related field required
5+ years of business analytics experience ideally supporting a sales and/or marketing organization
Must have demonstrated experience providing advanced analytics
Experience with BI Solutions (e.g., Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, Infor Birst, Domo, Sisense etc.) and Advanced Excel and modelling skills required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Experience in healthcare - particularly medical and pharmacy claims strongly preferred
A clear communicator able to make well-reasoned recommendations to all levels of the organization, from peers to executive leadership
Able to balance multiple high-priority deliverables
Ability to work in a continually changing, customer-focused environment and to be simultaneously accountable to multiple peer team members

Base Pay Range for this position:

$99,000 - $149,000
