Responsibilities

Triage Zendesk Inbox - Ensure tickets are responded to in a timely manner, sent to sales manager, technical support, or orders accordingly. Respond to customer inquiries as required.
Answer incoming sales calls and return voice messages. Route calls as needed.
Qualify inbound opportunities and leads, reaching out to prospective customers, fielding initial inquiries, providing quotes, sending to Regional Sales Manager, distributor, local reseller or strategic partners based on customer needs.
Provide daily support to Regional Sales Manager with tasks including but not limited to order tracking, quote creating, order processing, dashboard and regional reporting, new customer setup, and overall regional sales support helping with planning and operational tasks, coordinating and supporting the field sales team to help successfully close new business.
Support regional sales manager and orders team with subscriptions and fixing issues with customer subs/account records.
Work closely with regional sales manager and pre-sales engineer to ensure a positive customer experience for your region.
Assist the sales operations manager in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team's performance.
Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
Proven Ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with visual analysis applications and sales intelligence software
BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field
3-5 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience working in sales operations, inside sales, and/or program/project management, preferably at a high-tech or SAAS company
