AXS team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be

responsible for ensuring the accuracy of and processing for bids,

orders, change orders and invoices. This role coordinates with

appropriate Bruker entities, branches and agents, as well as internal

departments. Responsibilities SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible

for ensuring the accuracy of and processing for bids, orders, change

orders and invoices. Coordinates with appropriate Bruker entities,

branches and agents, as well as internal departments and external

customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (70%) Helps to facilitate and

prepare bid responses from the point of bid request. Handles all stages

of incoming orders, including verification of mandatory controls, entry,

review, invoicing, acknowledgment and status updates. Examines contract

terms and conditions. Maintains accurate files for orders including

correspondence, changes orders, shipping, authorizations, payment

schedules and deadlines. Updates multiple databases as needed for

tracking sales orders. Liaison for interactions between departments in

the US and abroad. Aids in revenue forecasting and other financial

Reporting. Gathers Files And Other Information For Auditors. OTHER

RESPONSIBILTIES (30%) Participates in testing and training of new and

updated systems required for job. Stays current with export regulations

and completes paperwork for items coming into country. Registers with

and keeps vendor/customer profiles and internet databases up to date.

Assists With Other Departmental Tasks As Needed. Qualifications
