Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and enhancing sales reporting processes. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales Head and requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Facilitate effective reporting to the Sales Head, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Develop strategies to foster relationships with Salesforce and AWS Account Executives.
Maintain high levels of organization to track team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure all members are informed and engaged.
Utilize tools such as Jira and Miro to streamline team collaboration and project management.
Drive the creation and presentation of Proof of Concept (POC) and product demonstrations.
Represented the company at industry events and conferences, expanding our network and influence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong experience in AWS, Salesforce, or other cloud-based sales processes.
A minimum of $1 Million in closed sales.
Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to team management.
Previous experience in conducting POCs, demos, and participating in industry events.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with a 60% base and 40% performance-based incentive structure.
