Sales Operations Manager

Overview

BYREDO is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Planning & Operations Team reporting directly to the Sr Manager Planning & Operations. We are looking for someone excited to join a quickly growing team who will support the Wholesale, Retail, and Digital/eCommerce teams with sales strategies and ensure the smooth execution of all initiatives and launches, while conducting weekly reporting and sales/shipping analysis. The overall mission of this role is to maximize cash flows, sales, and services levels by minimizing financial risks.

People Responsibilities

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and align monthly reporting, other ad-hoc reporting and to support other needs of the business.
Continuously maintain daily communication with Logistics and the Warehouse regarding any order related activities
Partner with channels for inventory planning to maximize inventory effectiveness across the regions for new and existing products
Collaborate and communicate with the regional team and retail management to ensure they are supported in their day-to-day sales needs
Work closely with Logistics, reviewing stock analysis and updating regional and Retail teams on any OOS items with recovery timelines
Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional team members on operational activity and issues

Operational Responsibilities

Manage sales orders and expedite, prioritize, and analyze firm requirements as needed, based on Global feedback to ensure on time delivery of product from Warehouse
Identify and analyze inventory shortages and communicate action plans with Demand Planning team
Analyze late deliveries, determining recovery plans and communicating to teams.
Manage data integrity as related to EDI issues, product reformulations, SKU logs, ect
Recommend and implement improvements for policies and processes, driving towards efficiency and company objectives
Create and communicate reporting including but not limited to current stock levels, backorder/open order reports etc
Manage shipments of non-sellable items (testers, samples, GWP) on a bi-monthly basis keeping track of deliveries & analyzing if we are under or over-shipping tester items
Update order forms with SKU changes and work with Wholesale to ensure Retailers have the correct SKU/UPC/price/door set up
Create reports and analyses to meet the needs of the business, providing results and recommendations
Analyze current metrics to drive improvements and recommend new metrics
Create and analyze inventory availability for core and new products for WS, Retail and E-comm teams
Complete ad hoc projects and analyses as assigned

4+yrs logistics/operation or supply planning analysis
Strong organizational follow-up, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency MS Office skills particularly using Excel, Access, Power Point and Word
Strong analytical skills
