C-Lock Inc. is a world leader in manufacturing hi-tech precision equipment for measuring and managing cattle and other ruminant animals. Our primary product, GreenFeed, measures metabolic gas emissions from ruminant animals, including methane, a potent Greenhouse gas. GreenFeed is the industry standard that is used to measure and help determine the effectiveness of varied approaches to decrease methane emissions. Our Smartfeed line of products is currently being used to measure feed intake to determine feed efficiency, to determine real-time body weight, and to manage supplement intake of individual animals.

We have been in business since 2009, and currently, our equipment is in use in around 40 countries worldwide and is used extensively by research entities, corporations, and individuals.

We are looking to hire a Chief Revenue Officer who will help us expand sales and increase the use of our products throughout the industry. The chief revenue officer (CRO) will manage and drive revenue growth for the company. This involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and managing a high-performing revenue team, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The CRO works closely with the management of the C-Lock Inc. team to ensure that revenue goals align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Continue to build sales by adding new sales representatives in key markets.
Provide vision, strategy, and leadership in C-Lock Inc.'s sales and marketing efforts.
Understanding and staying current in the science and technology used in animal agriculture.
Help develop a research and development roadmap that will drive future growth of the company.
Reviewing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Meeting with members of the sales team to provide guidance and support.
Collaborating with other executives and departments to ensure alignment of revenue goals with overall business objectives.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Attend conferences and meetings with clients or partners to discuss new business opportunities.
Effectively manage a sales and marketing budget.

Preferences/Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in preferred animal agriculture with business, marketing, or related field.
Have at least five years of experience in sales or marketing in the animal agriculture field, focused on beef or dairy.
Must be self-directed, motivated, and outgoing.
Must be an innovative thinker.
Must have strong written and communication skills.
Must be able to develop sales and marketing plans and put them into action.
Must be able to travel in the USA and worldwide regularly.
On-farm/ranch experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. We will offer an aggressive base salary and incentives for increasing sales.
