We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Leader to support Business Development and Operational excellence in the areas of quoting, order processing, order management and customer success. In line with our vision, mission and core values, Customer Focus is critical to C&M’s success. The primary measure of success for this team is to drive Customer Satisfaction with passion, clear processes, accountability, and metrics.

Starting with Key Account Management and Sales, the role is accountable for profitable sales growth. This is done by managing and growing our network of manufacturer’s representatives, house accounts, and other sales channels. Embedded within the internal team are Inside Sales, Sales Admins, and Sales Engineers that are responsible for delivering quotes with speed and accuracy.

Once the quote is converted to an order (PO), the role is also accountable for accurate PO entry, prompt acknowledgement of the order to the customer, job creation with accurate routing, and the overall customer fulfillment experience (post sales). Embedded within the team are Sales Operations and Customer Support staff that are responsible to ensure alignment with engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery of quality products and service, on time and on budget.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
