Takes a leadership role in meeting customer needs. Serves as a role model/mentor and provides leadership in the areas of customer service.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

Oversees the activity of Sales Operations Analysts and teams.
Works with sales and other business partners to understand objectives, priorities, challenges and process / system issues.
Designs and manages comprehensive process redesign, evaluation and other initiatives.
Drives development of insight-driven reports for targeted distribution to Sales teams and leaders.
Works with designated sales leadership to ensure reports and analyses are effectively communicated, understood and factored into strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensures data and information are collected, stored and available for organizational use and future decision-making.
Manages development and implementation of sales force productivity improvement initiatives, including training, performance assessment, incentive feedback and other targeted approaches.
