Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will:

Enter all orders, contracts, and PO information
Provide accounts with order conformation, product data including UPC list, product specs, product copy, product images/digital assets
Anticipate needs of accounts and react quickly: Communicate with partners on PO issues, respond to and address PO/shipping communications, collect management approvals for order processes where necessary
Work cross functionally with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Logistics, customer and wharehouse teams as needed to research and resolve projects
Develop an expertise in specific aspects of the customer’s business as assigned
Collect sales reporting from partners and/or validate in Skypad
Evaluate reports daily and monitor orders, research missing pairs, update ship dates, remove holds when needed, update pricing, and validate orders
Manage end-to-end partner sample requests including market samples, ad samples, ecommerce samples

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
0-2 years’ experience in customer service, retail, or wholesale
Experience in retail merchandising, fashion design or marketing preferred
Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel
Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills
