We currently serve over a thousand customers worldwide and are looking to grow aggressively, think more than 200% YoY and are currently looking for the Sales operations specialist for streamlining sales processes, managing sales analytics, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales team. Responsibilities

● Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
● Implement sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
● Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize sales strategies
● Work with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and revenue projections
● Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
● Create and manage sales reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
● Maintain and track individual and team KPIs
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall sales operations
● Manage and administer the sales technology stack
● Measure efficacy of Sales process and ensure data integrity within systems through regular audit for consistency, setup automations, and manage custom fields and cross system data integrity
● Identify knowledge gaps to implement sales training programs to ensure sales team members are equipped to succeed
● Continuously identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to optimize the sales process

Requirements

● Graduation in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field

● Minimum 3 to 5 years of demonstrated sales operations experience in a SaaS company preferably in a startup
● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
● Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment
● Ability to perform advanced computing functions on excel (pivot,lookup,macros), Tableau and other DW, BI and reporting systems
● Familiarity with Prospecting and data tools like Zoominfo, Apollo.ai, LinkedIn SN, Seamless.ai and others
● Strong Familiarity with Sales & Marketing tech stack like Hubspot CRM, Autopilot, Gong.io,
Outreach and other sales automation tools including tools like Zapier or Make
● Highly metrics driven and ability to communicate well with all the major stakeholders
● Ability to pivot and change priorities if needed, handling multiple projects/details and meeting deadlines
● Willing to work in the US shift
● Located or willing to relocate to Bangalore
● Tech savvy and able to learn new technologies and tools quickly
