Job Title:Sales Operations Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours:Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation Range:$85,000 to $90,000

About the role:

The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role within the Commercial team. The role is

meant to increase efficiency within the sales process to drive sales productivity, revenue and

achieve company goals and targets. Working cross-departmentally, the Sales Operations

Manager will play a key role in sales strategy and execution, dissecting internal and external

data to drive efficiencies and constantly improve sales processes. Additionally, this role will

routinely communicate with provincial boards and customers with an eye on optimal product mix

and revenue strategy.

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze data to create and maintain company sales forecasts, create and
implement pertinent dashboards and conduct sophisticated analysis to derive predictive
analytics
Measure and report on sales performance
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and other key departments to establish
and align on best practices and process
Collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
Monitor and maintain provincial and customer inventory, while also responding to retailer,
wholesaler, provincial board, and sales rep inquiries
Manage and oversee the end-to-end customer success cycle from invoicing to managing
complaints or potential adverse reactions
Communicate with provincial boards and other customers to maximize sales, margin and
profitability
Monitor SKU performance and overall product portfolio to ensure the correct mix is maximized
and aligns with revenue strategy
Monitor and maintain accurate, real-time sales data to allow quick decisions and pivoting
Constantly reviewing and looking to improve sales processes and efficiencies
Contribute and play a key role in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Collaborate and develop ‘go-to-market’ models for products and campaigns with Sales and
Marketing teams

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, account management, sales, marketing or similar positions within the cannabis industry.
Strong understanding of the Canadian cannabis industry.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma equivalent.

Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
