JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales Operations and Contracts Coordinator supports the business in achieving our growth strategy. Working closely with the sales team to deliver our revenue and placement targets, you will be a key conduit between the sales team and the rest of the business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contracts Management (New & Existing)

o Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentations

o Own customer activation process in system

o Invoice management

o Improving contract management process

o Own contract management lifecycle (including renewals)

· Sales & Operations Process Management (S&OP)

o Drive Order to Cash by leading sales representation within internal S&OP stages

o Responsible for complete, accurate and up-to-date sales inputs in weekly Machine Movement forums

o Sales Forecast Custodian – supporting Head of Sales and Head of Finance

o Own dashboard reporting for sales.

· Customer Experience (Internal & External)

o Support Head of Sales (and greater sales team) to deliver revenue and placement targets

o Manage customer queries and feedback

o Work with marketing on execution and roll out of all lead generation, tacticals, and event activities

o Work with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery

o Ensure SOPs are developed, maintained and embedded.

· Systems

o Super user for SFDC CRM

o Provide SME support to other internal systems

o Escalation point for any sales related enquiry

o Provide training for all sales processes

o Own the customer setup process (including liaising with all internal stakeholders)

o Work with SFDC Administrator to improve user experience and system setup & efficiencies.
