Job Summary

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales operations, reporting, and strategy execution across our multi-state operations. This role involves working closely with internal sales teams, finance, and senior leadership to identify new opportunities, address sales gaps, forecast growth, and support contract renewals and RFP/RFI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and streamline sales operations across multiple states and client types.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and manage sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize performance and revenue growth.
Support contract negotiations and renewals.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and incentive programs.
Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
Analyze marketing and promotions efficacy for continuous improvement.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational efficiencies.
Act as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales analytics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools.
Experience in contract management and sales planning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
