Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff or similar Chief Executive role to join Othera. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and significant prior executive experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, and manage key projects, and facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization. Your leadership and strategic insight will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO, providing counsel on key decisions and initiatives.

- Oversee and manage the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the executive team and other departments.

- Prepare and review internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and memos.

- Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team.

- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

- Represent the CEO in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or in a similar executive support role.

- Strong background in business administration, with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the wellness or retreat industry.

- MBA or other advanced degree.

- Familiarity with strategic planning and business development.
