We are working with a Series C HRTech SaaS platform that is transforming the way people learn languages. With over $33M in funding and $200M in revenue, our client is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager who will be integral in building an efficient revenue process for the US team.

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and execute new business processes that improve efficiency and productivity for revenue teams
Define and measure KPIs, create forecasts, and build dashboards for all teams to easily understand
Improve lead-to-deal processes, proposals, and sales enablement
Support data-driven decision making within the organization by acting as key stakeholder for reports and quantitative analysis
Lead process changes around new tools to streamline operations

Requirements:

4+ years experience working in RevOps at a high growth, B2B SaaS company
Proven ability to identify, lead and deliver revenue obejectives
Extensive experience with Hubspot
Understanding of business processes and how they are related to marketing and sales operations processes and systems
Strong communication and organization skills
