Scope of the role:

Responsible for driving better operational quality at the frontline – to drive business conversion.
Change driver for the frontline sales team
Primary ownership of data, new initiatives and systems that influence sales
Program Ownership of New Initiatives – Experiment and deploy new initiatives across the frontline setup. Responsibility of revenue generation through these experiments.
Responsible for data analytics, data provisioning and driving actions through data – across the frontline.
Drive better Internal CSAT and consumer experience through in-house tech products. Influence product roadmaps.
Responsible for commercial compliance at the frontline – identify and deploy new mechanisms of driving compliance
Ownership of multiple big-ticket projects that require cross functional coordination
