What we are looking for

We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Product Marketing Manager to own the brand strategy and go-to-market execution for key product lines. If you're a creative thinker with a knack for turning innovative ideas into viral campaigns, this is your chance to shine.

In this role, you'll be the architect of our product's identity and the strategist behind its launch. You'll define the brand narrative, craft compelling messaging, and build go-to-market plans that not only hit targets but generate buzz.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with a team of world-class product marketers, while also leading and mentoring talented interns from top business schools. Your mission? To create a GTM strategy that achieves maximum virality and leverages our existing resources for optimal impact.

You know how to show, not tell, and make our products unforgettable. You'll be defining and bringing to life the brand for new and existing product lines.

What It Involves

Roll up your sleeves and get it done: This isn't a hands-off role. You'll be diving in, executing, and iterating. You won't be telling us what should be done. You will be helping us get it done.
Brand & Messaging Architect: Partner with experienced marketers to define the product's identity, craft compelling messaging, and build innovative GTM strategies.
Stakeholder Alchemist: Work with multiple teams to consolidate, distill, and elevate their ideas into a cohesive strategy. Act as a force multiplier for the expertise of other contributors.
Organizational Mastermind: Be the central organizing force for all ideas, identifying patterns and connections from disparate inputs to create a unified vision.
Execution & Optimization: Help drive the execution of GTM plans and continuously optimize based on performance data.
Intern Leadership: Mentor and guide interns from top business schools.

Skills/Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
Branding Expertise: Deep understanding of branding principles and experience developing and executing brand strategies.
GTM Acumen: Strong understanding of go-to-market methodologies and experience building and executing successful launch plans.
Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor interns, providing guidance and support in the execution of GTM plans.
Portfolio showcasing successful brand building and GTM campaigns.

Bonus Points:

Experience with viral marketing techniques.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing or a related field.
Comfortable with unconventional approaches to product marketing.

Pay/Benefits

This is a part time position with up to 20 hours per week. There is a possibility of a permanent position in the future but our needs and capacity right now is for a contract part time role.
The pay range if $35-$50 per hour, paid every two weeks.
The job is completely remote and flexible though timely completion of tasks is prioritized.
