Exciting news- our Growth organization is expanding and adding a new position to the team! We’re looking for a Sales (Go-to-Market/GTM) Operations Manager to help develop and manage core systems, processes and operations for our CareRev Growth Department. You will work with an established operations team supporting Sales, Account Management and Marketing. This new role will have a direct impact on company growth and expansion. Your ability to execute multiple complex projects in parallel and adapt to change and shifting priorities will make you successful.

What You’ll Do:

Work closely with GTM Operations team and leaders from multiple teams to develop company GTM programs
Provide systems and operations support to the Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to help them operate efficiently and effectively
Help deploy and optimize software such as SalesForce, High Velocity Sales, Yesware, ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, CaptivateIQ
Support onboarding and development of new Growth hires and employees to include training on the systems listed above
Lead analytical projects to inform team strategy
Help to ensure our prospect and customer data integrity is accurate, ensuring accurate reporting

Examples of Projects/Programs:

Manage 3rd party tools user lists, renewal dates, team tool feedback
Audit and maintain recurring process documents
Lead sales process refinements, coordinating with business systems on updates and ensuring users are trained and able to successfully apply our sales methodology
Create documentation on core sales processes for Salesforce users
Act as an advocate for the sales teams by capturing and translating their feedback into actionable efforts to improve their efficiency and productivity
Assist with critical data projects and support stakeholders with data, reporting and analysis

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of sales operations experience with a SaaS enterprise software company
3+ years experience identifying process improvements, defining requirements and coordinating updates with a business systems/admin team
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SDR lead management and generation, and other sales and account management software tools
Specifically for Salesforce, must be capable of setting up systems and processes, and working directly with end users on adoption and improvements
Experience supporting different functional teams and working on cross-functional projects
Natural ability to build rapport and trust with internal teams, and work directly with stakeholders and end users
A multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Ability to initiate, drive, and own projects to completion with minimal guidance
Dedicated to ongoing data cleanliness and process improvement efforts
Strong Google Suite skills, and written and verbal communication skills
