Position Summary:

Liaise between customers and management to ensure smooth operations delivery. Drive activities to meet customer expectations and company goals. Provide Sales and Operations with necessary information to make decisions to drive business initiatives. Key objectives is the creation, organization and presentation of data related to sales, inventory, pricing, contracts within multiple software platforms

Position Responsibilities:

Creation and maintenance of customer accounts
Implementation of pricing across multiple software platforms
Development and upkeep of customer facing price books
Forecasting Support – maintenance of forecasting files, inventory management verification, identification and resolution of order holds
Key contact for NDT customers, including investigation of issues and providing a timely response
Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients including the use of graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
Identify areas of improvement based on feedback from internal/external teams. Facilitate discussions with department leaders to determine root cause and solutions.

Required Skills & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience
Two+ years related experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel, must be able to create pivot tables as well as vlookup, multicriteria based sums, and logic formulas
