### **Your Focus** - Strategic input and Project management of GTM and OKR initiatives - Performance tracking across various merchant related KPIs and OKRs - Operational ownership of merchant tiering, rules of engagement, sales incentive plans and STI frameworks - Productivity and pipeline reporting and forecasting utilising a CRM (Salesforce)Work alongside the Data Analytics team to enhance reporting to gain greater efficiency and improved merchant experience - Working with the data team on bespoke reporting as required (Power BI)Implement new & streamline existing processes to improve Operational processes and efficiency - Data analysis and reporting to determine and action the appropriate actions in relation to OKR’s - Build rapport with team members to consistently deliver exceptional services to our members, merchants, and affiliate network partnerships. Lead & contribute to the internal Merchant Knowledgebase - Work closely with the Training & Process Improvement (PI) Lead to build out and maintain our internal training centre with up-to-date process documentation and training materials. - Ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the Chief Revenue Officer - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence and negotiate to gain stakeholder consensus - The ability to build solid working relationships externally and internally with cross functional teams to drive key metrics
