The Revenue Operations Leader enables seamless execution of revenue streams across organizational functions and through the full customer lifecycle from procurement to contract execution and renewal and facilitates collaboration and continuity across all revenue streams and the customer engagement lifecycle. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through infrastructure, processes, analytics, and insights. The Revenue Operations Leader and team work to maximize efficiency and accountability, eliminating silos between teams and ensuring that the right tools are in place for our teams to meet and exceed growth targets.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, design, and implement the processes, programs, and systems to support revenue growth and to ensure that it is effective, efficient, and scalable.
Actively hire, manage, and develop a team of revenue operations professionals into a highly effective and skilled revenue operations organization with deep system and commercial process expertise.
Work closely with sales leadership on creating sales strategies, defining sales targets, team customer/prospect alignment, and developing sales tactics that align with the company's overall revenue goals.
Create and analyze sales forecasts and reports. Work closely with sales teams to ensure accountability and execution in meeting revenue targets and identify areas where sales performance can be improved.
Partner with Product and Finance teams in the creation and optimization of product pricing and packaging for existing and new offerings. Own the CPQ process during the deal cycle.
Lead the integration of organizations post M&A transaction for commercial processes and revenue operations systems. Support the due diligence process for new M&A targets.
Own the implementation and management of the core CRM solution starting from lead intake, through the deal process, maintaining customer asset source of truth , through to billing.
Enable the sales team to sell more effectively by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and resources. This includes identifying needed sales collateral, training sales reps on sales techniques, and ensuring that the sales team has access to the latest technology tools to support their work.
Provide insights into the revenue generation process, identifying areas for improvement and growth and creating revenue projections.
Manage collection and evaluation of sales data to improve the effectiveness of team and campaigns. Oversee data hygiene and data health in conjunction with our Data and IT teams.
Collaborate with our Data and Marketing teams to take our analysis to the next level, as well as automate reporting. This includes developing automated attribution reporting, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, creating models for revenue forecasting, and developing insights into customer behavior.
Own the models for productivity and team planning, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership based on these models and analyses.
Partner with the Marketing team to ensure the seamless transition of MQLs to the sales teams. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closed deals. This includes optimizing lead management processes, tracking and analyzing lead sources, and providing regular feedback to the sales team on how to improve their performance.
Collaborate closely with other departments in the company, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to ensure that revenue generation processes are integrated and aligned with overall company goals. Build rapport, alignment, and operational advocacy among senior management and the executive team.
Establishes and leads a solutions consultant team for sales success.
Assist sales team in creating proposals that balance customer and company needs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5+ years of operations and system architecture experience within a go-to-market functioning in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience leading a Revenue Operations team is a plus.
Must have a proven track record of managing revenue operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Very comfortable with CRM systems and sales processes in SaaS environments
Capable of extracting a narrative from data analysis and formulating a hypothesis and recommendation;
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. This job is open to candidates authorized to work in the US and located within US borders.

Compensation Range: $130K - $180K
