Role Description

As a Business Operations Manager at Cellcast™, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the company's operations. This is a full-time role located in Melbourne, VIC, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day tasks will include managing the operational processes, optimising workflow efficiency, coordinating between departments, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards. You will be instrumental in facilitating communications, enhancing productivity, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the company.

Qualifications

Operations Management and Workflow Optimisation skills
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Performance Metrics Tracking
Strong Project Management and Coordination skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience in Business Process Improvement and Compliance
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Experience in the mobile communications or marketing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
