Whether it is automating processes, creating transparency for the founders and senior management or conducting analysis to drive strategic decisions - everything you do will fuel the scalability of a key department in one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies in Europe.

This Is What You Will Be Doing

Build up the analytical and technical fundament and shape the processes of a scalable and highly performant international sales organization
Own the tool and system setup for the sales organization (CRM, outbound tools) ensuring high data quality around sales process, customers and prospects
Create and maintain an insightful reporting, forecasting, OKR tracking, and performance monitoring as well as ad-hoc analysis to support strategic discussions and decisions
Identify improvement potential in the sales process and approach based on performance monitoring & controlling
Lead the alignment on processes, handovers, and numbers with Marketing, Success, and Product
Orchestrate and support sales routines like meetings, trainings, and onboardings and maintain valuable and up-to-date sales materials
Maintain an overview on competitive landscape their offering and how we differentiate
Support the creation of specific target lists and the execution of sales campaigns
Support of the international sales organization in setting challenging goals and achieving them

You have good communication skills and are able to balance requirements from different stakeholders

You are proficient in Excel and PPT, knowledge in SQL, R or Python is a plus
You have an analytical background (Business; Mathematics or alike) and 2 to 4 years of full-time work experience
You have experiences with different CRM tools and their underlying data logic
Excellent communicational skills in English, German is a plus
