Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Chicago, IL. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, managing financial statements and reporting, and ensuring the overall financial stability of the organization. The CFO will develop and implement financial strategies, monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide leadership and support to the finance team. Additionally, the CFO will work closely with other senior executives to drive the company’s financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
Proficient in Finance and Analytical Skills for effective financial decision-making
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
