Vice President of Revenue Operations (VP of Revenue Ops/Sales Ops)

Overview:

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will spearhead the optimization of CINC’s sales and revenue operations in a high-growth environment. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, making insights actionable, and fostering seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, partnerships, account management, and finance teams. The VP will bring a deep understanding of sales processes, Salesforce, and analytics to develop and implement scalable processes and strategies that enable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with executive leadership, aligned with revenue growth objectives.
Oversee the design, implementation, management and user enablement of Salesforce CRM, and sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft, Clari, HubSpot, and Terminus to ensure streamlined workflows and high data integrity.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Generate and present reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
Leverage analytics to develop a roadmap of continuous improvement of the sales process.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting models, providing regular analysis and insights on sales performance and pipeline health.
Lead the sales tech-stack strategy, optimizing the use of sales and marketing enablement tools and technologies.
Initiate an internal Deal Committee and manage the proposal approval process to streamline sales operations.
Support the implementation of a solution-based selling methodology, including customer engagement models and a common sales lexicon.
Support enablement with sales training programs and continual learning opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, assessing and addressing skill gaps.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales operations.
Define, outline, and manage the lead, sales, and renewals processes, optimizing resource utilization and customer engagement.
Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, and account management to ensure alignment and efficient operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing leadership operations within the B2B SaaS tech industry or similar, with a strong track record of success.
Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce), sales automation tools, and business intelligence technologies.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with a strong ability to interpret data and trends.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of influencing change and driving performance.
Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools, and sales operation tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

Education & Experience:

7-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology or technology-adjacent sales and/or marketing operations, with a proven track record of building or refining successful sales and marketing operations functions.
Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams, with a strong record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales organization.
Bachelor's degree or related experience required.

Work Environment & Travel:

Remote-based role with Eastern Time work hours, and occasional overtime as needed.
Occasional travel to HQ and overnight travel (up to 10%) may be required.
