Responsibilities:

You are mainly responsible for enhancing the sales process by evaluating, organising data and providing expert support to the sales teams, but not limited to:

Respond to sales escalations, perform administrative fixes using tooling, perform reporting/monitoring, and consult on improvements to the overall sales operations
Ensure adherence to the quote to contract processes & policies for their sales team
Minimize friction within the sales process by providing guidance around complex scenarios that sales teams encounter during the course of a deal cycle
Craft proposals as the go-to liaison between the sales team and legal/finance
Engage with internal sales teams and channel partners to resolve queries and open issues related to the ordering processes
Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures
Maintain scalable operations to increase contract velocity and efficiency

Requirements:

2+ years experience in order management, deal desk or related sales operations functions
Self-starter with prior experience with cross-functional pricing and proposal execution across sales, legal, and finance
Clear and thoughtful communicator with critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyse and recommend licensing structures and contract terms
Prior experience with Salesforce and quote to contract tools and process

Benefits:

$250/day plus Superannuation
Fully remote full-time work from home set-up
