Job Title: Analyst - Sales Operations/ Sales Operations Analyst

Shift Timings: 12:00 pm - 09:00 pm IST

Role Brief:

Work collaboratively with the Sales Operations, Inside Sales and Sales teams on-Shore to improve salesforce efficiency and effectiveness. The key responsibility will entail effective & efficient delivery of sales processes and performing analysis on sales and sales related data.

Job Description:

Provide overall support for the Company's Sales Budgeting effort. Deliver ongoing analysis and recommendations regarding Sales Targets, identify gaps and/or deficiencies in Sales Budget data, and support inquiries from the Sales and Compensation teams as needed throughout the year.
8-10 years of professional experience in sales & marketing/business analysis, consumer insights, and segmentation
Must Have min 4-5 years of strong Sales Ops Experience.
Provide value added insights to the Sales team through ad hoc analysis & data deep dives
Develop a detailed understanding of Sales processes and pipeline
Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Target Setting, adaptation & tracking
Resolve Sales queries/appeals related to Targets & Variable compensation
Stakeholder management
Identify trainings to upskill self, issue & escalation management
Identify business opportunities & process gaps
Develop a detailed understanding of the Company's Sales Budgeting system and processes
Working knowledge of SFDC tool
Understanding the Basics of SQL

Other requirements:

1) Proficiency with ERP applications: Peoplesoft; Oracle; SAP, SFDC etc. would be added advantage

2) Highly Proficient in using applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.

3) Attention to detail and able to maintain data confidentiality

Experience:

1. Prior knowledge of Sales operations and processes

2. Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders & change management

3. 8-10 years of professional experience in sales & marketing/business analysis, consumer insights, and segmentation

4. Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)

5. MS office suite and proficient in Advanced MS Excel (Pivots, calculated fields, Conditional formatting, charts, dropdown lists etc)

6. Experience working with MS SQL (Intermediate)

7. User knowledge & experience of salesforce automation systems like Salesforce.com
