CleanChoice Energy seeks a dynamic, driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Support Coordinator to help the Sales team build our brand and customer base by establishing and upholding quality processes and standards across sales channels. Job Description

Day-to-day work will range from supporting the sales support team on a variety of projects to ensuring ongoing sales and marketing programs meet quality standards. This position will report to the Sales Support Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support: Create and distribute reports for multiple channels to program leaders, create and update SOP’s, submit documents for legal review/approval, new offer submission and process assurance.
Force Management: Support onboarding and offboarding actions.
Expense Management: Track sales incentives and commissions reporting and validate accuracy.
Accounting/Finance: Assist with the creation and submission of vendor invoices promptly and ensure process assurance and accuracy of invoices.
Office Operations: Coordinate ordering and inventory of sales team inventory (swag and devices) for the sales team. Ship to sales team/vendors as needed.

Qualifications And Skills

Experience working with sales channels
Professional and articulate written and verbal communication (internal and external facing)
A consistent record of achieving goals, taking initiative, and going above and beyond
Self-starter with projects given little to no direction to deliver results
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Critical thinking to identify all aspects of certain challenges and opportunities
Passionate about creating unique experiences and establishing efficient programs easy to use/view
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google’s G Suite; Google Analytics
General knowledge of energy or ancillary industry
Proficiency in Salesforce and/or DOMO is a plus
