We are adding a new role to our Business Development team and are looking for an experienced RCM/Healthcare sales rep to join us remotely or in the Tampa area. HUGE growth opportunity!

The Inside Sales Specialist sells a healthcare specific, RCM and FinTech platform to healthcare providers across the country. This role works with a combination of B2B inbound referrals and outbound leads utilizing a consultative sales approach to offer customer solutions that drive company revenue. This inside sales role provides unlimited opportunities to drive sales and close deals to meet and exceed revenue expectations. Growth opportunities include enterprise sales, partnership sales, sales management and/or leading sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Develops a working knowledge and understanding of all ClearGage products, services and operations
Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Generate leads, prospect potential clients and close new accounts
Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities
Assess prospect's needs and present and sell company products and services to address those needs with new and existing customers
Prepares presentations, demos, sales proposals and contracts
Reaches agreed upon sales targets consistently
Communicates new product, service, initiative, and pertinent information to new accounts and prospects
Manages individual pipeline for success
Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of RCM and healthcare industry product information including competitor information
Ensures all client paperwork is complete, accurate and submitted timely
Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings
Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business.

Requirements:

Previous experience in B2B sales in RCM, EHR, or related fields
Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM highly preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
Goal driven
