Our sales team is looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and experienced Head of Sales operations to help drive СMA small systems growth strategy, based out of our Stockholm office. We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales Operations with the ambition to build a new sales department & territory, where they can contribute to the direction of the company and industry.

What is your job?

Become the sales leader of our global team, reporting into CEO
Recruit, enable and coach top talented sales professionals to be successful and effective at scale, helping them to grow and develop on an individual, professional level.
Grow the revenue and sales related KPIs in accordance with our ambitions plans while working to make sales processes and structures scalable
Liaise with customers where needed.
Own and hit or exceed sales targets
Collaborate closely with other departments to achieve sales goals, implementing best practices, and using a data-based sales approach
Build and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships
Develop strategies for positioning products against competitors
Communicate, present and influence at all levels of an organization, including C-suite
Negotiate contract agreements, ensuring commerciality
Stay current with market trends and utilize ideas where appropriate

You'll set the standard for the team and keep raising it. Take your expertise and ability to make the team perform at your level. Have an impact as you drive performance at scale while staying close to the action.

Following an extensive and regular review of the sales team's real work, this role will spend most of their day leveraging their software sales expertise to drive team improvements:

Doing detailed win/loss analysis to coach and improve sales coaching.
Using product information to develop and refine high-quality content (conversation plans, email templates, discovery questions, etc.)
Developing system-level insights and documenting data-driven important actions that drive programmatic improvements across the platform
Writing high impact proposals to improve how the selling is done

You may also spend some time maintaining a sharp edge by directly engaging in sales discussions with customers.

Who are we looking for?

At least 5 years experience in global B2B SaaS/software sales
Consciously adept at top-down selling
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to synthesize product information even when it gets a little technical
Coaching training
Performance management training
Data analytics training
You have successfully built and led teams (ideally in Fin Tech), incl. experience in recruiting and mentoring
You are a fluent English speaker
You are experienced in stakeholder management, excel in structured communication and make decisions based on data.

You have a good understanding of technology

Proven ability to drive complex deals from plan to close
Leverage data and analytics in your daily workflow (e.g. SFDC trend reports)
Exceptional customer relationship skills and timely decision making
Excellent listening, polished presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Organizational agility, able to prioritize effectively, expertise in project management
Know how to use and implement a sales methodology
Understanding of and experience working with, Salesforce (experience of implementation from scratch)
Responsibility for a small sales team, the focus is on your own sales activities
