CMK Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce CPQ / Services Transformation to support our partner within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on transforming how Professional Services and Advanced Services are scoped, configured, priced, quoted, and billed. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash experience, along with a deep understanding of services-related business processes, subscription models, and enterprise systems.

This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business leadership, translating complex business needs into scalable application solutions while driving process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead business process and workflow design for how Professional Services and Advanced Services are discovered, scoped, configured, priced, and quoted within CPQ.
Partner with Customer Experience, Advanced Services, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and design scalable solutions.
Support the introduction of new service offerings and SKUs, including service catalog configuration, pricing structures, approval thresholds, and downstream billing requirements.
Translate business requirements and new service offering specifications into CPQ application requirements and configuration designs.
Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives involving Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, ServiceNow, and related enterprise applications.
Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis across pricing, discounting, approvals, order management, subscription creation, billing, and revenue recognition.
Collaborate with IT and technical teams to develop scalable, configuration-driven solutions that minimize unnecessary customization.
Own business discovery, requirements documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
Review technical designs and development deliverables to ensure solutions align with business requirements and intended outcomes.
Lead UAT planning, testing coordination, defect triage, stakeholder sign-off, and user enablement.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, evaluating requests based on business value, revenue impact, margin, compliance, and long-term scalability.
Confidently challenge assumptions, navigate competing priorities, recommend alternative solutions, and influence stakeholder decisions.
Support cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams, maintaining clear documentation, decision logs, and communication throughout the SDLC.

What We Are Looking For

5–7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Process Consultant, or Transformation Lead.
Hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and business process improvements.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, pricing, quoting, approvals, and subscription-related workflows.
Experience scoping, pricing, configuring, or quoting Professional Services, Advanced Services, or other services-based offerings within a CPQ environment.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify gaps, define future-state processes, and translate business objectives into functional requirements.
Proven ability to independently lead requirements and business process initiatives throughout the SDLC.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge business leaders and manage pushback.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs involving multiple business functions and technical teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, UAT, business process mapping, and documentation tools.

Nice to Have

Experience with Zuora Billing, including subscriptions, invoicing, and billing reconciliation.
Experience with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) or ServiceNow CRM.
Professional Services operations experience, including SOWs, service catalogs, SKU management, pricing, and margin models.
Experience integrating CPQ with ERP, subscription management, billing, or revenue recognition platforms.
Experience supporting global enterprise implementations or large-scale transformation programs.
Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or ServiceNow certifications.
Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled business process improvements.

What Will Make Someone Successful

We are looking for someone who is more than a Salesforce Administrator or technical architect. The right candidate understands both the business and technical sides of CPQ and can independently drive process improvements from discovery through implementation.

They should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, challenging existing processes, influencing decisions, and ensuring solutions support the broader business strategy.
