Coconut Software is looking for a passionate Director of Revenue Operations to help drive our next phase of growth!

This cross-functional role will drive alignment across the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams. Your humble, supportive and informed approach to working with others will make you the ideal point of collaboration, and enable you to provide crucial insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement. You love solving complex problems that don’t have an easy answer, and whether it’s defining key metrics, finding new ways to measure performance, or conducting a deep dive analysis to diagnose root causes before recommending strategic solutions, you routinely leverage a combination of a strong business acumen and essential analytics capabilities to get the job done.

Your expertise in process, data, and technology will position you as a trusted partner to the go to market (GTM) leaders and equip them with the tools and resources to accelerate revenue growth, drive efficiency, and ultimately achieve their business objectives. Basically you’re the Coconut that will get things running smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy™.

You’re Excited To:

Own the planning, execution, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, compensation, and strategic analysis of the revenue tool stack with high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
In partnership with the COO, own the revenue strategy and operations roadmap, aligning with stakeholders to oversee the execution and drive business impact
Ensure all of our GTM systems operate efficiently and are optimized to scale according to our company growth through process improvements, automation, new technologies and add-on applications
Drive growth initiatives and execute on strategic cross functional projects by leveraging operational data and providing valuable insights to the business on how and where to prioritize
Create and maintain critical reports that provide the ability to analyze key metrics and measure, analyze and recommend improvements on GTM effectiveness and enablement
Be a trusted thought leader on short and long-range strategies and planning, including GTM operating models, performance analysis, and organization design
Build, coach and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team - through feedback, and your drive to see your people succeed

What You Bring to the Team:

Minimum 8 years demonstrated success in a similar role
Experience managing, mentoring, and leading a revenue operations function
You’re a nerd when it comes to all things revenue tech stack, and have an expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot
Ability to think beyond today's operational challenges and drive cross-functional teams toward a coherent long-term strategic vision
Ability to communicate data driven opinions and drive discussions on strategy, priority, and tradeoffs while representing the needs of the organization
You can easily distill and communicate sophisticated concepts and analyses into concise and practical conclusions - to a variety of audiences
Strong analytical skills. a high proficiency in financial modeling, revenue modeling & reporting and an unreal attention to detail
Strong ability to adapt, multitask and strategically prioritize multiple deliverables under pressure - while staying cool, calm and collected
You embody a community mindset and value doing things the right way; express integrity, thoughtfulness & empathy in your actions; are fulfilled working with a values driven organization

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Degree in Finance, business, or related field
You’ve been the RevOps leader (or had a front row seat) for a B2B SaaS organization
Experience with Financial Services GTM strategies
Experience managing a tight-knit distributed team, mentored to maximize speed and cultivate an ownership mentality
Prior scale-up experience
