Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization, ensuring robust financial health, and driving business growth. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management, risk assessment, and business development.

Duties

Oversee the preparation and interpretation of financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Manage risk by identifying potential financial pitfalls and developing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax accounting processes.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create detailed financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
Advise on complex financial matters, including mergers and acquisition, capital investments, partnership structures and tax strategies.
Lead the annual budgeting process, long range financial planning and scenario modeling to support the company's growth and profitability targets.
Provide clear and concise communication of complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a senior leadership role for at least 10 years and 3 years in a construction industry.
Strong skills in financial report interpretation and writing, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Expertise in risk management practices and tax accounting principles.
Demonstrated ability in profit loss analysis.
Proficient in financial modeling techniques to support strategic planning.
Experience in business development, with a track record of driving growth initiatives.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
