Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and ready to play a key role in supporting a growing medical group?

We’re hiring a Business Operations Specialist to work directly with executive leadership and help keep our business operations running smoothly behind the scenes. In this full-time position, you'll take ownership of internal reporting, document management, SharePoint organization, tech troubleshooting, and administrative task tracking — while serving as a central resource for the COO and broader leadership team.

This job is ideal for someone who:

Has exceptional computer and technology skills, especially in Excel, Word, and SharePoint

This is a critical support role for a structured, self-managing individual who takes pride in keeping things accurate, timely, and on track. Prior experience in business operations or healthcare administration is a plus, but we’re most interested in someone who brings strong skills, clear thinking, and commitment to excellence.

College degree. Business, Accounting, Healthcare Management preferred.

5+ years experience in a medical group setting (private practice).
