The Corporate Strategy & Business Operations team is a high-visibility team that supports strategic decisions and helps answer some of the most challenging questions at Collective Health. The team provides unparalleled support to our business leaders in strategic analysis, process improvement, decision support, and program management.

As a Commercial Planning and Operations Manager, your mission is to increase growth through the transformation of Collective Health's sales operations into a scalable, predictable engine. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis, using our CRM and pipeline data to create action plans, and managing projects that improve Commercial effectiveness - all with a focus on our Sales team and processes. You will report into our Director of Commercial Planning and Operations.

What you'll do:

Partner with leadership to lead our sales forecasting, commercial planning, and other data modeling projects
Work with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to identify opportunities to improve our Sales process and scale our acquisition of customers
Prepare slides and dashboards that measure what matters, and report our progress to our Executive team, senior leadership, and Board
Assist the Director of Commercial Planning in creating fair incentive-based compensation plans
Use the tools in our Commercial stack to support the efficacy of the entire Commercial organization
Support Sales leaders in helping with regular planning processes including budgeting, quota-setting and territory understanding

Your skills include:

5+ years experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance or a related field
Expert with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, and telling a streamlined story with complex data
Expert in Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides)
Expertise in the analysis, design and improvement of business processes
Intermediate Salesforce reporting skills

Pay Transparency Statement

Per Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and New York City's Int. 1208-2018, the estimated salary range for this role if hired in Colorado is $91,200-$134,000, and for New York City is $126,800-$158,500. Compensation will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, qualifications, and experience.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado or New York City only, and this role is open to candidates outside of those locations.
