As the company continues to grow, we are building our teams. We have an immediate opening for a creative, passionate & experienced full-time professional. This position will report to the Strategic Accounts Executive, Paul Gill. The role includes supporting Sales and Marketing, managing our CRM tool, creating proposal presentations and templates, supporting project closeouts, developing key processes and standardization for Account Management, and supporting events in partnership with marketing.

We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and consistently deliver results. The ideal candidate will be able to build remote relationships, enjoy managing the sales operations function and be comfortable working with clients and vendors.

What You’ll Do

Support the sales team and client managers

o Create target lists, company briefing books, PowerPoint presentations, and sales proposals

o Create standard templates for client presentations and account management

o Coordinate project closeouts to ensure all materials are properly archived and the team receives approvals for case studies/quotes, customer satisfaction surveys

o Drive operational improvements

Administration of CRM tool (Sugar)

o Maintain CRM (Sugar platform, will train) and cleanse the database

o Manage sales metrics and reporting – create visibility to all key sales metrics, sales funnel, win rate, etc.

Lead the sales team in coordinating industry, vendor, and company-sponsored events, including webinars and live events.

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years’ experience managing a sales Operations team or similar roles, Marketing experience a plus

· Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

· Outstanding communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

· Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports

· Excellent/Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills

· Strong computer skills, easily learn new applications

· Experience with CRM databases, ideally in an admin role
