Commit is a global technology services company with a rapidly expanding footprint in the UK. As an AWS Premier Tier services partner with over 700 in-house engineers, we are looking to continue growing in EMEA by adding a UK Manager of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to help our AWS customers continue to innovate with confidence.

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join Commit UK to lead our Revenue Operations and drive growth. The Manager of RevOps is responsible for executing revenue-related processes and strategies within the UK geography.

RevOps at Commit is supporting of sales pursuits on the front lines, enabling and coordinating the sales and delivery teams' activities, and partnering with senior management to strategically grow our AWS collaboration.

Therefore, this role encompasses four primary areas of responsibilities: Collaboration with AWS, Management of Data (e.g. CRM, Partner Sales Tracking Tools and other systems), Sales & Marketing Activities, and Executive Support. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of these areas (more details on them below) and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational excellence.

Key Areas of Focus

1. Collaboration with AWS

Identify and map AWS stakeholders; learn, understand, and describe their responsibilities within the AWS ecosystem
Build and maintain relationships with AWS stakeholders, planning regular interactions to support engagement with PSMs, AMs, SAs, DGs, ISRs, and others.
Engage with the AWS selling community to build and support the execution of joint campaigns that generate mutually-beneficial leads
Execute supporting functions such as managing relationships with the SaaS factory, AWS Marketplace collaboration, and various funding mechanisms
Manage all AWS funding applications, including the submission and status tracking, as well as MPPO management

2. Management of Data (e.g. CRM, ACE / APN, and other systems)

Salesforce Management
Compile and organize sales cycle-relevant information in appropriate fields in Salesforce and other linked systems
Ensure data accuracy and updates throughout the customer lifecycle (e.g. accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc)
Conduct pipeline reviews and assist in building and tracking account planning activities
Suggest and support ongoing Salesforce process improvements
AWS ACE Management

3. Sales / Marketing

Support sales pursuits for relevant funding discussions and lead the funding process portion of the discussions
Partner with salespeople and delivery teams to support sales cycles, including management of follow-ups and monitoring task completion status
Assist in the creation of presentation decks, proposals, Kickoff decks, SOWs, templates, etc.
Manage collateral used for presenting to AWS and clients, including decks and one-pagers.

4. Executive Support

Provide executive reporting for forecasting and account planning
Deliver insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making and business planning
Support strategic planning and execution of revenue-generating initiatives
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization

Requirements:

Qualifications

1+ years of experience working with AWS, 2+ years in sales and business development, or a related role
Exceptionally strong knowledge of AWS services, AWS funding mechanisms, and Salesforce CRM
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and focus on detail
Successful candidate can work very quickly in a dynamic environment, understands complex and nuanced (although, non-technical) subject matter, able to build credibility and relationships inside and outside the immediate team (i.e. with partners, clients, etc.)
