As a Revenue Operations Specialist at CMG, you will be critical in optimizing our revenue operations, ensuring data accuracy, and driving operational excellence. You will manage and support Salesforce operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data analytics to improve sales processes and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing and managing Salesforce system administration, including user management, data integrity, and customization to meet business needs.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive alignment and optimize revenue processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Implementing and maintaining sales processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices and driving efficiency.
Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights to improve sales performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key revenue metrics, performance, and pipeline health.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and optimize sales enablement strategies, including sales training, content development, and tool utilization.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations and Salesforce administration.
Implement a deal desk to ensure all deals are reviewed, discussed, and approved through a deal management framework.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
Strong expertise in Salesforce, including Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
