The Principal Specialist Inside Sales Representative role will assist the Vice President of Strategic Business Development to secure and expand high level corporate accounts through direct interaction with current and potential customers. Through timely response to the needs of current and potential customers, growth is anticipated through best-in-class customer service. This role will also work to identify processes to reduce manual intervention, provide scalability, and create efficiencies to improve our customers’ experience.
Duties And Responsibilities

Prepare and submit price quotations to existing and potential customers for custom and non-custom solutions.
Respond to inquiries from customers and coordinate the response by interacting with various internal stakeholders to ensure the customers’ needs are met quickly and effectively.
Working with the VP of OEM work to identify opportunities to expand business.
Manage the process for compiling, tracking, and reporting sales, such that sales data from such customers can be quickly and efficiently utilized for sales reporting and forecasting.
Manage the process for sales updates utilizing sales analysis tools, and through interaction with Finance and Information Technologies ensure the necessary system changes take place for sales tracking.
Perform forecasting on historic data as necessary and as required.
Maintain customer information to include contact information, pricing and record of samples sent.
Maintain customers pricing and profitability through the use of a master price list.
Maintain a customer focused perspective in all activities.
Provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
Demonstrate professional behavior within the workplace at all times.
Ability to in-service Smoke products as requested by our customers.
Document and attain requests for approvals when necessary for any pricing or other customer agreement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of med device experience required
Sales or Sales Administration experience preferred
