CEB is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating CEB’s digital revenue growth. The Revenue Operations Manager will ensure we have the best systems, tools, processes, and analytical power to enable CEB’s Sales and Marketing strategies. The Revenue Operations Manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT to leverage data, technology, and process optimization to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve overall business performance. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Enterprise; this is an opportunity for the right candidate to build CEB’s Revenue Operations function from the ground up. That person will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

CEB is a fully remote organization, occasional overnight travel is required. Pacific/Mountain time zone is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, a related field, or 8-10 years relevant working experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years in a directly related position, such as sales operations, business operations, or sales management, with an analytics-heavy bent.
Strong analytical abilities and advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, creating formulas, VLOOKUP, Data simulations, statistical modeling).
Experienced in Salesforce, as well as additional sales and marketing tools in the Sales and Marketing tech stack.
Experienced with SQL to create queries, dashboards, sort and filter dates, provide data to support business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and strong multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Autonomous and self-driven, able to execute work with little guidance.

Salary Range: $120K – $150K
